Objectives:
The privatization of Belgrade Airport was hold in 2017. Together with a strong consortium, we had the role of the Technical Advisor for the 2 bidding phases. The design process included the master plan/development plan for the entire concession period as well as the planning of expansion and conversion of the passenger terminals. Additional to the refurbishment of the existing terminals 1 and 2 a completely new terminal 3 was designed to meet all requirements for the design capacity of 18 MAP. The bid was finally evaluated as the best technical offer.
